We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution is the high school level textbook. We the People is the title of the book designed for upper elementary, middle, and high school students. Since the We the People program is federally funded, free classroom sets are available on a limited basis in each congressional district in New Jersey. Sample copies of the text are available by emailing civiced@njclre.rutgers.edu, or calling 732-445-3413.
