Professional Development Opportunities

The New Jersey Center for Civic Education offers summer institutes and periodic statewide workshops as well as in-service workshops specifically designed for your school’s needs.

The New Jersey Center for Civic Education is a registered provider of professional development. The Center has provided professional development to more than 6000 teachers, mostly in New Jersey but also in other states and around the world. In-service workshops are available for school districts for $300 for a one-hour workshop; $750 for a half day (3 hour) workshop or $1500 for a whole day (5-6 hour) workshop.
