Events

This workshop is divided into two distinct parts running concurrently in two different rooms. Teachers should plan to attend just one of them based on the grade(s) taught and particular interest. One workshop will focus on New Jersey history and government for grades 3-5. The other workshop will be dedicated to the We the People program for grades 5-8. We the People is a well-established program independently assessed and found to be highly effective in enhancing civic literacy. Both workshops will provide content and strategies to help teachers address these issues.
